Job Description:
The Student
Inventory Assistant
is under the direct
supervision of the
Coordinator of Asset
Management. The
Student Inventory
Assistant is
responsible for
carrying out the
tasks assigned by
the Coordinator of
Asset Management for
the department of
Information Services
and Technology. The
Student Inventory
Assistant must be
enrolled at Lee
University and
possess a high
degree of
organizational and
communication
skills. The Student
Inventory Assistant
must have general
computer skills and
must be proficient
in Microsoft Office.
Individual must be
capable of walking
long distances and
lifting/carrying
items up to 50
pounds.
Job Duties:
- Assist with
performing
inventories
- Interact
with
customers/clients
on a regular
basis
- Assist with
office duties
- Answer phone
calls
- Scan, fax,
copy and file
documents
- Schedule and
attend meetings
as assigned
- Maintain
accurate
documentation
- Run
miscellaneous
errands as
related to the
business of the
University
- Assist the
other
Information
Services &
Technology
personnel as
needed
- Perform
other duties as
assigned by the
Coordinator of
Asset Management
